Not sure how our 30 day money back guarantee works? You've come to the right place.

If for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with any Tappwater product that you've been delivered, we want to know about it. We pride ourself on making high quality, sustainable and affordable products that eliminate the need for bottled water, and if you're not happy with our products, then neither are we. 

If you don't love your Tappwater purchase, in order to receive a refund, you'll need to return it within 30 days of receiving it. Sending it back to us via registered post and covering postage costs.
