Real reviews from real Australians.

Honestly I didn't really believe when I read testimonials of people saying that the water taste better, but after trying it myself, it really does taste better. There is no more metallic taste now from my drinking water and I'm loving it. To all the skeptics out there like me, try it!

Absolutely fantastic.. our tap water always tasted a little off .. overjoyed with this - easy to install, water tastes great, looks discrete - and fast delivery !! Amazing

The product is great and does the job as described and the company and online ordering and reminders is brilliant

We just finished our first year worth of filters and purchased another 6pack of filters for the next year. Easy to install and love that we have constant access to filtered water. Love that the team continue to find new ways to make existing customers happy e.g., subscription pricing and now remi...

Good

Gives refreshing filtered water. Very useful.

Great product; compact & very easy to replace the water filter once every couple of months

Tappwater Australia has outdone itself, and I would like to give you a 5-star rating for your prompt response and for replacing the filter housing. I have never come across a Company with such efficiency. Thank you.

Great quality water filter! Easy to install, improves the taste of tap water, and offers good value for money. Very happy with the purchase. At first mistakenly send the other varient but they send the ecosmart pro with very fast delivery. Really appreciate the customer service.

My EcoPro (SMR) besides pouring forth "tasteless" fresh water is also a time and labour saver - I was accustomed to using a water filter jug.

Love our shower filter, softer skin and hair and no nasty chemicals! We also have a kitchen tap filter, great as well so practical and easy to use. Thankyou Tappwater great products.

Great company with excellent customer service. They’ve sent out spare parts and always quick to answer questions.

Both filter systems work as described. The water from the kitchen tap tastes nice and fresh, whilst the shower water doesn't feel gritty anymore.

the best water filter ever. I am so happy knowing that the water I am showering in is clean. I’m a definite convert. My shower water is so much nicer. Thank you so much.

Could not me more happier.

You can taste the difference in the water straight away :)

V happy. If you check the online video rather than just instructions on box it’s easy to fit. Just make sure you attach it the right way up. A great solution for my shower.

noticed a significant difference in the taste and texture of the drink king water

Water taste so much better and my skin feels cleaner ! Many thanks to Silvia for helping us for the installation process ! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely love this filter. I was a bit worried it would take over the bench, but it’s actually really compact and fits in nicely without getting in the way. The instant hot water is such a game changer, it's perfect for teas and coffee and just makes everything so much easier. Even the kids are...

Very easy to install dan I love how easy to get filtered hot water or room temperature water on one appliance.

Honestly, the hot water feature is a game changer. I haven’t used my kettle since I got it. I can choose anything from room temp to boiling hot for my tea. Even my kids are drinking more water now that it's filtered and ready whenever they want it.

I was looking for a reverse osmosis system to get rid of fluoride and PFAS but everything was super expensive and needed plumbing. Then I found this. It sits on my bench, plugs into a regular power point and works like a dream. So glad I found it.
